These headphones are a go-to product for you guys out there finding a headphone to buy for a friend or your self. These headphones have great cushioning. Although the headphones are actually a bit fragile, like a new born baby, Beats have a really good after service, where they change you to a new one for free or by paying. These actually have very smooth sound and good bass; however, on the high parts it seems to be unorganized. If you are running low with money, buy these bad boys at [@] during black friday cuz they have $100 discount. Or from [@].

I purchased this to replace my old Bose noise reduction headphones. I travel over 100,000 miles / year, so I get a LOT of use out of good quality headphones. These headphones leave nothing to be desired - they are fantastic. The sound quality is far superior to any others I've owned in this price range.Where my beef comes in is lack of customer focus - it is a shame that it isn't as good as their product. Website? Sucks. Can't register my product, no matter which computer / OS / browser I use. Customer service? Well.... I purchased these headphones on a whim. When I plugged into my iPhone to try the controls and mic, that cable was broken. Sound quality was random, buttons didnt work, and mic was inop as well. I call customer service - their phone system was having problems. 2 hours later - sit on hold for over 30 minutes, had to get to a meeting. A few hours later - finally (after 20 minute wait) got to a gal who was very nice - but proceeded to inform me that I had to wait 2-3 WEEKS to get a replacement? After spending [$] + tax, you have to examine my cable for WEEKS before you can send a replacement? BOSE didn't do that.I hate to say it, but it just shows me an idea of what to expect from them when a more serious issue comes up. The way I see it, if I am paying [$] for headphones, I think I deserve better. Your margins aren't that small to avoid this level of risk. I am saying I would recommend this to a friend, but I would caveat it.

Not for audiophiles

I am an audiophile and these definitely are not good. The bass is just AWFUL. I'd say the only thing that's good is that it is easy to use, but 99% of headphones are easy to use. These are like maybe $75 headphones that you're paying $200-$300 for. That's not right.
