I LOVE the Monster Beats Pro. I received my headphones in January but I didn't want to give my review until I burned them in pretty good. I own a pair of the Solo HDs and love this sound from them. I kept reading reviews about how easily the headband brake on them so I decided to get the Pros. I was really on the fence about buying them because of the price. But, as they say, you get what you pay for. After I burned these badboys in, I knew that I will have these headphones for a long time. The construction is very solid. Even though I really take care of my phones, dropping them on accident won't be upset. The look is stylish and the feel is comfortable. I know some people complain of the tightness and that it hurts their ears but they feel fine to me. I have small ears and they fit into the cup so I rarely feel discomfort. The design is real cool. Just like some of the other Beats, it has a detachable cord. You can pack it when the phones aren't in use and it's less likely to have a short in them because they don't bend in those spots while packed. The sound, last but not least, is amazing. The bass is tight and hits heavy when need be. It's not overwhelming so it doesn't take anything away from the music. With plenty of bass, the highs and mid are crisp. I hear notes and background vocals that I haven't heard before. These headphones are now my primary and I gave my wife the Solo HDs. I highly recommend these.

Just wish the same type of case came with the Pro's that came with the Studios..They are to heavy and really fatigue your head and ears start to hurt after listening for any amount of time over 20 minutes..

The thing that impresses me the most about these headphones is the range between the highs and the lows. The highs are super clear and crisp, while the bass is super thick and thumpy. Almost like a concert experience where the music gets you involved emotionally. I listen to music for a couple of hours everyday, and when I started using these headphones it made my music even more enjoyable.

Mix Masters= Better sound quality

Definately great durability, but lacks in the sound quality. I don't actually own a pair of mix master mikes but i have got to listen to them. Definately like the sound coming out of those better. It also has a life time warranty. These only have a 1 year warranty.

i had bought the studios and i was amazed by the sound but...... i saw the pro's and my bank account is now [$] less if u like music u'll love the pro's before i bought the pros i kinda got discourage by the bad reviews but i've had boss,skull candy, studios and nothing like the pros

I'll start off on a good note for this. These headphones have absolutely indestructible built quality. The styling is fantastic and they are very comfortable. The sound however, completely unacceptable. I paid [$]for these and expected top notch professional quality and they did not deliver. The bass is muddy and not impressive, the mids are present but understated, and the highs lack the precision of higher quality headphones. These headphones are good for the dj who want to be seen and likes throwing their headphones around. For the serious listener these will not cut the bill. Not Recomended
